Alibaba Global E-Commerce Talent (GET) Program 2027

The Alibaba GET Program is a unique 11-month learning and internship experience at Alibaba Group headquarters in Hangzhou, China. Participants learn about China’s digital economy, e-commerce ecosystem, and Alibaba’s business model through coursework, company visits, and hands-on project work. The program combines academic sessions at Alibaba Business School with real work placements across Alibaba’s business units.
