Citizens of select countries (Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mozambique, Pakistan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Uganda)
Genuine financial need
No alternative funding

Up to 50% grant covering tuition and living. Remaining 50% as interest-free loan repayable after employment. Total covers full cost of attendance.
