Overview
SINGA is a prestigious fully-funded PhD scholarship offered by Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in partnership with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).
